Standard Terms & Conditions

 
 
 

Hampshire Bridal Cars (referred to as the Company) undertakes to hire vehicle(s) to the Client (the person booking and paying for service), under the following terms and conditions.

1) Payment Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is payable at the time of booking. The outstanding balance must be paid at least 4 weeks before the date of hire otherwise the Company will consider the booking cancelled.

2) Cancellation:
In the event of a cancellation of the hire at any time the deposit shall be forfeit. The full outstanding balance is payable if a cancellation is received less than 28 days before the date of hire. Any cancellation must be notified by the Client in writing.

3) Unlikely Events:
Our cars are maintained to a high standard, but in the unlikely event of accident, mechanical failure or unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to supply the best possible alternative vehicle available on the day, and an appropriate refund will be given. Although every effort will be made to meet deadlines, the Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays (and/or consequential losses) that occur beyond its control. We strongly recommend an emergency backup plan as outlined in our FAQ page.

4) General Conditions:
No responsibility will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicle access to any location. Although we will take every care, no responsibility will be accepted for any loss or damage to personal property or luggage. For the consideration of others smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. We regret that children under the age of 3 years are no longer able to travel in our Princess Limousines due to safety legislation regarding child restraints, all child passenger ages must be confirmed before date of travel, please see our FAQ page for further details.

5) Without prior notice:
The Company reserves the right to amend, change, delete or add to these terms and conditions whenever necessary.

6) Acceptance:
By making a booking whether in writing or by telephone, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.

7) Statutory Rights:
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Clients statutory rights.
